Woah.. Its been a long time since i've taken part in a card challenge. Happen to drop by 365 cards and found a rather simple challenge so here goes:

Made this card in a hurry to submit for jda's hero art challenge#oct2011! Seriously, i have no inspiration at all... just took out my stamps and paper and see what i can do with it. hahas! For once, i used only HA stamps to make a card!

Lily pad sketch challenge

Whew! After a busy period, i'm back on my desk crafting away!

The next card i just completed is:

Yet another day just went passed swiftly and that means i'm due to post another card here! :) 

Here goes: 

Card 3: Waterfall Card

Done with penny black stamp 'labour of love' & 'piece of heart' 

finished off with words from HA series.

The waterfall effect is to show the change as the hedgehog grows the flower. 

This kind of reminds me of a quote: 

Before the reward there must be labor. You plant before you harvest. You sow in tears before you reap joy.

It reflects on the hard work that one has to put in planting before reaping the product. Generally, these are simple things in life to do.. but persisting in it can allow one to reap joy so as the words state 'find joy in simple things' is letting others find joy in every little thing they do :)

Friendship Recessed Window Card 1.9.2011

After a bit of brainstorming moments, i finally came up with a card for today and here it is! :

Done using stamps from Penny black - hello friend & hugs

together with a combination of pattern paper and i-rock gems.

Made this card specially for Lily Pad September 2011 Card Chain Challenge. Its my first time taking part in a CCC. Hope i didnt do too badly ^^ 

Easel Card 31.8.2011

Just pondering over what i should do next... and i came across a video on youtube entitled TWISTED EASEL CARD.

After watching the video, this was the card that i created:

Card 1: Paint the town 

The stamps were mostly from the series of pb stamp 'paint the town'. 

Background down with pattern paper and i-rock.

Finally ended off with a border effect created with a border punch. 

Feeling quite in the mood for craft and wanted to come up with something bright so this was it! 

Trying to set it as my aim to do min a card a day! :)

Now to seek for inspiration to come up with a card for CCC :)
